Definition of the kind of management which it is responsible for, its objective and mission.
The Venus Project is an avant-garde experience in the field of the techno-culture, based on the application of different technologies and the intensive use of artistic and scientific talent to venture into new ways of communal living. It consist of the development of a community of artists, scientists/technologists where new ways of social relation, production, distribution and exchange are experienced.
The Venus Project is an experimental laboratory made up by an artists, scientists and intellectuals’ network centered on the exchange of services, knowledge, products and on the integrated management of artistic, technological and cultural productions.

A description of the internal organization of its initiative, defining the human resources they have and the position each of the members hold in the management.
The Venus Project is run through group management and the exchange of more than 300 members who articulate a decentralized, open and heterogeneous network. It has its own currency, as a unit of change, that measures and stimulates the ties and the exchanges. In this sense, the organization and the project resources are spread in the great variety of ties, human, technological, aesthetic and emotional resources of all the participants.

Set a maximum and minimum objective projection and the expectations of the initiative and assess the external view upon it.
The objective is venturing into new communal ways, new ways of social relation, production, distribution and exchange. Within this framework, the projection is based on self-management and the proliferation of group, autonomous and decentralized exchanges and ties.
